Ingredients

  • 8 slices of thick-cut Texas Toast
  • 1 pkg of fresh blueberries
  • 8 ounces of whipped cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Powdered Sugar (optional)
  • Whipped Cream (optional)
  • Maple syrup or Honey for serving

Whip It Up!

Prepare your egg mixture with milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix it well.
