3 Bubbly Wine Cocktail Recipes

Super easy lazy boozy cocktail recipes. Yea, I’m a boozy mom so I know my cocktails and mixers. These are the best and most simple fruit spritzers that pack a punch. I’m pretty sure you will love any of these 3 recipes but why the heck not try them all?

Wine drink ideas that are perfect for brunch, a girl’s night out, day drinking, or after a long day.


Strawberry Wine Spritzer

  • 4 ounces Rosé Sparkling Wine
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 once Vodka
  • 1/2 once Simple syrup
  • A Squeeze Fresh Lemon
  • A Grapefruit Slice for Garnish

Add the simple syrup, a few slices of Strawberries, the vodka, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and a few large ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain into a glass, top with Prosecco, add a few slices of strawberries and garnish with a grapefruit slice.


Blueberry Gin Cocktail

  • 2 ounces of Tonic Water
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/2 ounce Gin
  • 2 ounces of Prosecco Sparkling White Wine
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Rosemary Garnish

Add blueberries, gin, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass, add fresh blueberries, and top with tonic water and Prosecco. Add a stem of rosemary for garnish.


Strawberry Sorbet Wine

  • 4 ounces Blush Pinot Grigio
  • 1 Scoop of Strawberry Sorbet
  • 1 ounce Vodka
  • 1 ounce Tonic Water
  • Fresh Strawberry for Garnish

Add your wine and vodka into a glass and stir. Then add a scoop or 2 of sorbet and top with tonic water. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
