Easy Hard Lemonade Recipe

Spiked Lemonade! Yup. The “Adult” Version.

This is a very simple boozy recipe and let’s be honest those are my favorite. I really don’t want a recipe that I have to work too hard at.

Let’s talk about easy – because who needs complicated when you’re gearing up for a good time? This recipe is a breeze to whip up, making it the go-to choice for mixologists!

  • 5 Happy Lemons
  • 1 1/2 Cups of White Sugar
  • 2 Cups Vodka
  • 3 Cups of Water (I guess.)
  • Ice

OR

  • Simply Lemonade
  • 2 Cups of Vodka
  • Ice

First, select huge plump lemons. You’ll need white sugar and fresh water OR you could go the really easy route and just use Simply Lemonade. (It’s good trust me.)

If you feel ambitious just mix 1 and a half cups of sugar with 3 cups of water and 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

PRO TIP: Melt your sugar using hot water. Combine the sugar with the hot water first then add the remaining water and lemon juice.

I also like to add some lemon zest directly into the homemade lemonade just to feel really fancy.

NOW it is time for the star of the show! Add in 1 or 2 cups of Vodka! I like to use Absolut because I’m poor but if you are the type of person who orders extra avocado on their sandwich this probably would taste even better with Grey Goose.

Now just combine everything together and pour over a ton of ice. You can also garnish this drink with some fresh mint and add sliced lemon.

But wait, there’s more! Forget about the store-bought alternatives; our Easy Hard Lemonade is better than Mike’s – and we’ve got the homemade touch to prove it. You control the quality of ingredients, the level of sweetness, and the strength of the kick.

If you feel like you want something a bit extra just turn this drink into a shot and line the rim of the shot glass with sugar!

Be the hero of your next celebration – the one who brought the Easy Hard Lemonade that stole the show!

YUM, I know! Enjoy!
